This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the is350 platform by all registered members in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

01 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the is350 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use is350 services, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
- Not located in any jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is prohibited or restricted.
- Not registered as an excluded individual under any applicable self-exclusion program.
Is350 reserves the right to decline or terminate any user account found to not meet the eligibility requirements above without prior notice.
02 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on is350. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and freezing of funds.
You are required to submit valid identity verification documents upon request by is350 as part of the account verification (KYC) process. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe may result in restrictions on your account functionality.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your is350 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own, whether or not it was authorised by you.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact is350 customer support immediately. is350 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of account credentials.
03 Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
All is350 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat the gaming system, betting outcomes, or payment processes.
- Engaging in identity fraud or impersonating another person.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Interfering with, attacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to is350 systems.
- Distributing unlawful, inciteful, or harmful content that affects other users.
- Providing false information to the customer support team with the intent of gaining unauthorised benefits.
Is350 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals found to be in breach of these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.
04 Payment Information, MYR Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on the is350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include local e-wallets and online banking. Successful deposits are credited to your is350 account and cannot be transferred to other users.
Is350 does not charge hidden fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. You are responsible for reviewing the terms of your chosen payment provider before making any transaction.
Withdrawals & Verification
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. is350 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or under suspicious circumstances.
Bonus funds that have not met the specified rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. The rollover conditions for each promotion are detailed in the relevant promotion terms. Any attempt to withdraw ineligible bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of those funds.
05 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Is350 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions at all times. In all circumstances, is350's liability to any user is limited to the actual cash balance held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the is350 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of is350 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from is350.
Third-Party Links
The is350 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. is350 has no control over the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
06 Account Suspension Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Is350 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to platform security. In the event of a legitimate account closure due to a user violation, any bonus balance may be forfeited, while the actual cash balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting is350 customer support. All eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following a final identity verification.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Is350 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the is350 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian court jurisdiction.
